Refund policy

If you wish to return an item we have a 3-day refund policy, which means you have 3 working days after receiving the item to return it to White Blossom Bridal.

To return the item please contact us at whiteblossombridal@outlook.com.

To be eligible for a refund, all items must pass a quality control inspection on return to WBB. All items must be in the original condition when they were sent by us. If for any reason the item does not pass the quality inspection we will contact you to resolve the matter.

Due to the nature of our products, there are many items that are not eligible for exchange or return.

Damages and Issues

Please note that these are 'sample' dresses and have been tried on. We have taken note of any imperfections already on each gown and are aware of the condition we will be sending the gown to you. Please inspect your gown upon arrival and contact us if there is any additional damage that you would like to make us aware of or that we may not have mentioned.
